I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Management Technology from Estácio de Sá University in Brazil. I am also qualified as a Technical Professional in Industrial Process Management, specialising in Quality Coordination and Team Leadership, having completed my training at SENAI – National Service for Industrial Training (Brazil).

Throughout my career, I have worked for leading companies, including Interprint Ltda., a specialist in graphic printing and security printing certified by the Brazilian Federal Government to manufacture security seals for motor vehicle registration plates; Contax S.A., a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services; Liq S.A.; and Atento Brasil S.A., a recognised leader in Customer Experience (CX), customer support, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

I have over 22 years of experience as a Contract Management Analyst and Specialist, providing customer support to both individual and corporate clients. My expertise also includes supporting executives and directors within the financial services sector, delivering administrative banking services related to payment solutions, including credit and debit cards, Internet Banking guidance and support, as well as the onboarding and offboarding of corporate clients.
